Signlex Aftercare offers comprehensive technical services and support packages including telephone, e-mail and remote assistance.
Telephone support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you leave a message during office hours, we'll return your call as soon as possible.
TRAINING
Signlex Aftercare offers a full package of onsite training and support services that allow you to make the most of your Digital Signage investment.
A one day open training course on your premises will allow your users to understand the product operation in a group environment.
Training takes place over one day on-site at your premises and at your own convenience. The timing and structure of training is flexible to meet the needs of the trainees. This is followed by a month of close-email support to further refine the skills learnt during training. Courses are normally limited to a total of six attendees to maximise interaction and effectiveness.
In addition we can provide customised on-site training for any number of your employees, tailored to your own requirements and specific application details upon request.
The training session is designed to be as flexible as possible to allow for particular queries to be addressed on demand while providing a thorough grounding in all aspects of the relevant Digital Signage System.
The final component to the training course is the creation of dedicated screen layouts tailored to your own specific application while under close supervision by the trainer. This allows the trainees to practice and reinforce their newly developed skills in a forgiving environment and allows your screens to look professional at the end of the day.
